A company profile is the single page for one stock or ETF. On Vantafin it lives at /app/{TICKER}, for example /app/AAPL. It gathers the quote, an overview price chart, key stats, financial statements, SEC filings since 1994, earnings transcripts, news, and (on equities) insider transactions.
Vantafin covers 20,000+ global stocks, ETFs, and funds. You can open profiles without an account. Delayed quotes and filings are public. Transcripts, ownership - style metrics, live quotes, and the full screener sit on Pro.
Do not confuse the Overview chart with Charts. Overview is context. Charts is the full - screen workspace.
How to open a profile
- Type a ticker or name in Markets Hub search and select the result.
- Click a row on Home, a watchlist, or the screener.
- Visit
/app/NVDAdirectly. Lowercase URLs redirect to uppercase.
What each tab is for
| Tab | Use it when | | - - - | - - - | | Overview | Quote, description, overview chart, key panels | | News | Ticker headlines and press | | Events | Corporate and earnings dates | | Transcripts | Earnings call text and materials | | Insider Transactions | Form 3/4/5 (equities, Pro) | | Financials | Income, balance sheet, cash flow | | Charting | Multi - metric fundamental charts | | SEC Filings | 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and the rest since 1994 |
ETF and fund profiles hide equity - only tabs and show holdings instead. The institutional ownership URL exists as a stub; do not treat it as a finished page.
A 15 - minute research pass

- Latest 10-Q or 10-K on SEC Filings.

- News for the catalyst, not the thesis.
- Optional: AI Chat with the ticker attached, then verify citations.
Save the name to a watchlist. If you own it, confirm it on Portfolio.
