Why Vantafin exists.

Bloomberg and FactSet were built for trading desks with enterprise budgets - not for a retail investor or a solo builder. Everyone else got stuck picking between five different apps, or a generic AI assistant with no real financial grounding.

So we put it all under one subscription - research, charting, screening, alerts, a portfolio view, and AI chat - at a price that isn't a luxury purchase.

If you can't open the source, we don't say it.

Whether you read a company profile, ask AI Chat, or pull a quote through MCP, the number has to come from a filing, a transcript, or a live print - not a model filling in the blanks.

That is why every AI answer cites what it used, and why the same books sit behind the web app and the APIs. Check the source yourself. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

How can Vantafin be cheaper than traditional terminals?

Legacy terminals price for enterprise contracts and per-seat licensing. Vantafin sells one self-serve subscription - no sales call, no seat minimums - so the savings show up in the price: $20 or $40 a month on annual billing.

Does a lower price mean lower quality data?

No. Coverage is 20K+ tickers, SEC filings back to 1994, live quotes on 9,000+ names, and 80+ screener metrics - typed and documented. The price is lower because the business model is different, not the data.

How do you stay honest about numbers and AI answers?

If you cannot open the source, we do not say it. Every AI Chat answer cites the filing, transcript, or quote behind the number. The same books sit behind the web app, REST, WebSocket, and MCP - no shadow dataset.

Can developers use Vantafin too?
