A stock watchlist is a named set of tickers you follow on purpose: core holdings, a sector sleeve, or names that fell out of a screener. Vantafin watchlists live at /app/watchlists and show quotes, daily change, market cap, and volume. You can also add a name from any company profile.

Free includes one custom list. Pro and Ultimate are unlimited. Quotes are delayed 15 minutes on Free and live on paid plans for 9,000+ tickers.

The list is not a graveyard. Scope alerts, the calendar, the Charts dock, and AI Chat to it.

How to create a watchlist

  1. Open Watchlists.
  2. Create a new list and name it for the job ("Core", "Semis", "Screen keepers").
  3. Search a symbol or company name and add it.
  4. Or open a profile such as MSFT and add the ticker from there.
  5. Sort by change to see movers, or by market cap for size.

CSV import and a column picker exist on the watchlist page when you need bulk adds or a custom layout.

How lists connect to the rest of Vantafin

| Surface | What the list does | | - - - | - - - | | Alerts | One filing or news rule can cover every name | | Calendar | Show only your companies' earnings, dividends, splits, IPOs | | Charts | Watchlist dock jumps the workspace between symbols | | AI Chat | Attach the list and ask for a ranked comparison | | Screener | Park keepers here instead of re - running filters |

A practical split: Core holdings (what you own, especially after a brokerage connect), Watch (research candidates), Screen output (this week's hits).

Plan limits

| Plan | Lists | Quotes | | - - - | - - - | - - - | | Free | 1 | 15 - minute delay | | Pro | Unlimited | Live on 9k+ names | | Ultimate | Unlimited | Live, plus WebSocket if you build your own monitor |
