A watchlist is a named list of tickers you want to follow. Vantafin shows each list with quotes, daily change, market cap, and volume, and lets you sort and filter so the names that matter rise to the top. You open watchlists from the sidebar at /app/watchlists . This guide covers creating, organizing, and using them.
Create a watchlist
Open Watchlists .
Create a new list and give it a clear name (for example, "Semiconductors" or "Dividend income").
Add tickers by searching for a symbol or company name.
Repeat to build out the list.
You can also add a ticker to a watchlist directly from its company profile .

Open Watchlists, create a themed list, then add names from company profiles you already research so quotes and change sit in one place.
Themed lists keep research tidy. Common setups:

Read and sort your list
Each list shows quotes and key stats. Sort by daily change to see movers, or by market cap to order by size. Filtering helps when a list grows long.
Alerts
Scope a filing alert to your whole list
Once the list has holdings, create a watchlist-scoped SEC filing alert so you catch new filings without one alert per ticker.
