Two features make the screener far more powerful over time: customizing the columns so you see the metrics that matter to you, and saving a screen so you never have to rebuild it. This guide covers both.
Customize the columns
The results table can show many different metrics as columns. Tailor it so each screen surfaces the numbers you care about:
Open the Screener and build or open a screen.
Edit the visible columns to add metrics like margins, growth, valuation, or dividend yield.
Reorder or remove columns so the most important data reads left to right.
For a dividend screen you might show yield and payout; for a growth screen, revenue growth and margins.
Column layout
Show growth and valuation columns, then open NVDA
Customize screener columns for revenue growth, margins, and P/E, then click into NVIDIA to continue research on the profile.
Save a screen
Saving preserves both your filters and your column layout:
Configure the filters and columns you want.
Save the screen with a descriptive name (for example, "Quality growth").
Reopen it later from your saved screens at /app/screener/{screenerId}.
Saved screens are tied to your account, so sign in to keep them.
Save and reopen
Save a Quality growth screen for next week
Lock in your filters and columns with a clear name, reopen it later from the screener, and add new entrants to a watchlist.
A tidy screening system
A little organization goes a long way:
Keep a few named screens for your core strategies (value, growth, income).
Push interesting results into themed watchlists .
Add alerts so you hear about big moves without re-running the screen.
Example: a weekly routine Weekly routine
Re-run a saved screen, then summarize in AI Chat
Open your saved screen, push new names to a watchlist, and ask AI Chat what changed versus last week across the shortlist.
Reopen your saved "Quality growth" screen each week.
Add new entrants to a watchlist.
Ask AI Chat to summarize what changed.
