Vantafin gives you earnings call transcripts and investor materials on a company's profile, plus upcoming and historical earnings dates. Transcripts let you read exactly what management said on the call, and materials include the accompanying investor decks and releases. You find them under the Events and Transcripts tabs of a company profile.

Where to find earnings content

  • Events tab (/app/{TICKER}/events) - earnings dates and corporate events. Open an event to read its full transcript.
  • Transcripts tab (/app/{TICKER}/transcripts) - browse call transcripts; open one at /app/{TICKER}/transcripts/{transcriptId}.
  • The Market Calendar shows earnings dates across many companies at once.

Why read transcripts

Transcripts are one of the richest sources of first-hand company insight because they capture:

Latest call

Read Apple earnings transcripts

Open AAPL Transcripts, pick the most recent call, and skim prepared remarks for guidance before the Q&A.

AAPL transcripts→AAPL financials
  • Prepared remarks - management's framing of the quarter.
  • Guidance - forward expectations for revenue, margins, and more.
  • Q&A - analyst questions often surface the real concerns.

A fast way to digest a call

Reading a full transcript takes time. To move faster:

  1. Open the transcript from the Events or Transcripts tab.
  2. Skim the prepared remarks for guidance changes.
  3. Read the Q&A for pushback and surprises.

Peer prep

Compare Microsoft and NVIDIA calls

Read the latest MSFT and NVDA transcripts side by side, focusing on margin commentary and forward guidance.

Or hand it to AI Chat: attach the earnings transcript as a source and ask, for example, "What did management say about margins and guidance?" See Attach sources and data.

Track upcoming earnings

To prepare ahead of a report:

  • Use the Market Calendar filtered to earnings, and scope it to a watchlist.
  • Combine with the Financials tab to know the numbers to beat.

Digest faster
